My Journey
My leadership journey began with over two decades of service in the United States Navy, where I developed the discipline, resilience, and operational mindset that still shape how I lead today.
After transitioning from the military, I moved into program and operations management roles, leading teams and managing complex initiatives across different environments.
Along the way, I learned that leadership is not about titles or authority—it’s about clarity, consistency, and the ability to bring people together around a shared mission.
Those lessons became the foundation for the work I do today.
